Getting started

If you're looking for health information it can sometimes be challenging to know where to start. This guide will take you to a range of resources, from plain language information to the latest research.

The information available through this guide is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical practitioner for diagnosis and treatment.

We've added icons next to each resource so you know where you can use them. You may need to sign up for a Library card to use some of the resources.
