Getting started

For coverage of New South Wales elections of the past, you can't beat the Library's collections. We have papers from prominent politicians, political parties' and organisations' records, electoral rolls, electoral maps, boundary maps, voting results and redistributions.

We've also collected and preserved election ephemera such as how to vote cards, leaflets, flyers and posters for many years.

How to access resources

You will need to sign up for a Library card to use most resources. We've added icons next to each resource so you know where you can use them.
