Find official notices about the decisions and actions of the New South Wales government. The notices cover all areas of law and regulation and can include details of new government and ministers, transfers of land, the establishment or restructure of government agencies, senior government appointments and appointments to committees.
Please note: NSW Government Gazette issues No. 33 to No. 35, 2001 are not available in NSW Government Gazette or Trove. Check with the State Library for access to the print copies.
Use the indexes in the gazette to find official notices about the decisions and actions of the New South Wales government. The notices cover all areas of law and regulation and can include details of new government and ministers, transfers of land, the establishment or restructure of government agencies, senior government appointments and appointments to committees. From 1832 to 1867 the indexes are published as a supplement. After this they are included in each volume.

2. Search appropriate section for your topic. You may have to search through several indexes if you don’t have a specific date.
3. When you find your topic note page number(s) and return to the weekly issues.
4. Each issue has page numbers in brackets to assist.
